Rachel Joynt is a sculptor whose work often investigates the natural world, permanence and the transient, and the contrast of vulnerability and strength in different materials. Born in Caherciveen and raised in Dublin, she now lives in Carlow.
In addition to an impressive number of commissioned public art and private pieces, her work is in national and international collections.
