Cara Thorpe works in wax and acrylic on board and her sharply defined style involves a technique of successive layerings and over-printings. Educated at the National College of Art and Design and at Dun Loaghaire College of Art and Design, Dublin, she has shown extensively in solo and group shows in Ireland. Her work will feature in this gallery’s “The Enhanced Eye: painters and photographers” from June 17 to July 16, 2015.
